We are a small studio and work in small groups to ensure the highest quality. For this reason, each student is important to us. The following policy applies: with at least 72 hours’ notice, you receive a full refund or can reschedule for free. With less than 72 but more than 24 hours’ notice, you receive a 50% refund. Within 24 hours of the appointment, no refund or rescheduling is possible.
